The National Gallery Complex comprises the National Gallery of Scotland, the Royal Scottish Academy Building and the interconnecting Weston Link (including the Hawthornden Lecture Theatre). All of these venues are available for corporate events.

National Gallery
The National Gallery of Scotland is one of the most prestigious settings for corporate events in Edinburgh. Cocktails and canapés can be enjoyed alongside the Gallery’s magnificent collection and our expert curators can be on hand to welcome your guests and offer exclusive insights into the collection. For the ultimate experience, guests dine surrounded by the works of the Old Masters such as Rembrandt, Rubens, Titian and Velázquez. For more intimate occasions, the Impressionist Rooms provide a perfect location for smaller dinners and breakfasts.

Corporate clients have the opportunity not only to entertain in one of the most central, historic buildings in Edinburgh but also to offer guests the chance to view internationally acclaimed blockbuster exhibitions.  Opportunities for entertaining are extremely flexible, with spaces also available in the adjoining Weston Link.

This state-of the-art concourse provides a spacious contemporary setting for evening events and boasts fantastic views across Princes Street Gardens.

Hawthornden Lecture Theatre
With tiered seating for up to 200, the lecture theatre comes with full AV and technical support from our in-house staff. This spacious auditorium provides a superb creative setting for conferences and meetings. 

Gallery Restaurant & Bar
The Gallery Restaurant & Bar provides the perfect location for corporate breakfasts, receptions and evening events. Combined with the use of the Hawthornden Lecture Theatre or an exclusive private view in the adjoining gallery buildings, the options available are infinite.
